In 2007, our coalition received a Drug Free Communities [DFC] grant.  This 5-year grant allows us to strengthen our coalition, continue our planning and decision-making ability, and take on new projects called environmental strategies.

We are excited about benefiting from the DFC Grant! This will provide stability and allow us to strengthen our board, planning & decision-making process, and evaluation process.

 

Since the DFC Grant is not geared towards funding direct services, there is a need to sustain the three prevention programs: Guiding Good Choices, Smart Moves, & Tutoring.
